In honor of the UN International Day of Care and Support, The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, in collaboration with The University of Cape Town, South Africa, hosted a virtual webinar titled “Centering Care in the Care Economy" on Tuesday, October 29, 2024.

Moderated by Dr. Shelene Gomes, Principal Investigator of the Intimate Labours project at the Sociology Unit, Department of Behavioural Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences, UWI St. Augustine, featured speakers included
