In "The Incredibles 3, the beloved Parr family faces their greatest challenge yet. In the aftermath of the Screenslaver's arrest, public opinion has sharply turned against superheroes, fueled by the emergence of DRAIN (Democratic Rebellion Against Incredible Nature), a group widely perceived as a political organization. However, beneath this facade lies a sinister cult led by the enigmatic and powerful new villain, The High Drainer.

The High Drainer is a charismatic and dangerous figure who vows to succeed where Screenslaver and Syndrome failed. His mission is radical and clear: to drain the powers of all superheroes, returning strength and control to ordinary people. His final act, once all powers have been stripped away, will be the ultimate sacrifice - his own elimination, which he believes will permanently eradicate superhuman abilities from existence.

The Incredibles, understanding the gravity of this new threat, are plunged into a perilous situation. The stakes are higher than ever, especially for their youngest member, Jack-Jack, whose multitude of powers makes him a prime target for The High Drainer. If Jack-Jack's powers are drained, it could spell doom for not only the Parr family but for all superheroes.
