The Remington Pump and autoloaders are very popular deer hunting rifles here in the northeast. They represent a decent handling and sufficiently accurate firearm that a lot of hunters seem to love. While I personally am not a fan, mostly due to parts support and ease of repair, they are certainly an acceptable choice for those who enjoy the platform. The models 14, 14 1/2, and 141 have some unique charm and have a strong cult following alongside the 760s and 7600s. However, almost all parts for them are very nearly unobtainable and expensive when you do find them. For that reason alone I would only recommend them to die hard collectors.
I do briefly cover my take on the Winchester 100 and Remington auto loaders towards the end of the video. Let's see if you can catch me mis speak and confuse a 7600 and 7400!
