The Exams do not build on each other so you can take them in any order that you want. However, we recommend that you take Part 1 before you take Part 2. If you are new to an internal auditor role and are very comfortable with the topics that are included in Part 3 (especially the IT topics) you may prefer to start with Part 3. If you have experience as an internal auditor and are comfortable with what is in Parts 1 and 2, we recommend that you start with Part 1.
