Salma Karim, Head of Human Capital & Innovation at Digital Development Agency (DDA), discussed the impact of human capital in the digital ecosystem, stressing that human capital, particularly youth, are important to promote economic growth and boost digital transition.
Salma highlighted that ADD has already started working on the “Digital Generation Plan,” through the implementation of training programs to help teach young Moroccans the skills they need to thrive in the coming digitization of Moroccan and global economy.
