Two persons were killed and several others sustained serious injuries when a domestic cylinder exploded in Telangana. Journalists, party workers and police personnel were among the injured persons. The incident took place during the ruling BRS 'Aatmeeya Sammelanam' meeting at Cheemalapadu village of Khammam district.
