At the Soil Association, we’ve been working closely with a group of Farmer Ambassadors to spread the word about agroecology.
One of our ambassadors, Helen O’Keefe, runs a small croft in north-west Sutherland, Middleton Croft. In this video, she explains how she produces food for and with her local community, using agroecology to farm in a way that complements her croft’s diverse landscape and environment.
