Kids Box//Tech
This class teaches basic boxing technique to kids from the ages of 5 to 12. A full class includes perfecting boxing technique, pad work with the coach and learning to grasp proper punch combinations followed by circuit training.
Kids Classes is every Sunday to Wednesday at 5pm, Friday and Saturday at 10am.
