In a video sent to the Schiller Institute International Conference in Berlin, 25-26 June, 2016, Fouad Al-Ghaffari regretted that he was not able to participate in person. He enumerated the achievements of his office in promoting “a clear vision for a creative and productive credit system and for building a future for the nation along the New Silk Road.”
