Having his engineering background, Gustavo started his real estate career in 2006 as an investor and accumulated extensive real estate investment experience in Canada and internationally and decided to become a part-time realtor, working full time and could not devote all his working hours to real estate practice.

He has been a licensed real estate agent for the past five years and when he joined eXp Realty he became a full-time realtor. For him, it’s the best career decision he has ever made having his knowledge of the industry, negotiation, problem solving, communication skill patience and dedication come in handy in helping his clients find the right home.

He had sold quite a few homes so far this year and also enjoys giving back to the community by organizing or being involved in various volunteer activities such blood donation drives, community clean up events and mentoring young kids.
