In the very first verse of the Bhagavad Gita, King Dhritarashtra enquires about the battle being fought between his sons and those of King Pandu. In this video vignette, Paramahamsa Prajnanananda takes the reference used by King Dhritarashtra to analyze the character of most of us caught up in looking at the world as "mine" and "thine". Paramahamsaji then explains to us how this is a narrow minded perspective and how a broadminded person should look at the world. Prajnananandaji then uses a beautiful verse in Sanskrit that is offered as a teaching on broadmindedness in India. May the divine Guru's teaching help broaden the outlook of all of us.
