Gray Zone Warfare offers a little in the way of gun customisation. You also get some guns that come with red dot or holographic sights, but let's be honest, they're awful. I'd highly recommend getting an Acog as your sight for basically any gun when you're starting out. It lets you see more easily but also you can press ALT and hold your breath for extra zoom.
