Polls are officially closed in Rwanda, and vote counting under way following Friday's presidential elections. We're expecting preliminary results to start coming in, in the next few hours. Many believe this vote is already a foregone conclusion, though. CGTN's Susan Mwongeli is in the capital, Kigali, and filed this report.
