Well this is the r3d episode of Park Run that I have decided to vlog. This time its Hackworth Park Run (my Local one) again i am walking it, cant wait to get back to running. This is where I do most of my Volunteering (normally Photographer.) The Course is three clockwise laps of the route, at the end of the 3rd lap there is a long stretch to sprint finish
Sadly I wont be able to Park run Vlog next week as I am at work and then heading to Blackpool.
