David Hamilton THE KEY TO YOU featuring Marc Martel (Jazz at the Hardscuffle)
Contemporary smooth jazz with David Hamilton at the piano featuring Marc Martel on lead vocals filmed onstage at CMC's Hardscuffle in Nashville. This jazz vocal cover of the David Benoit and David Pack tune on Benoit's recording, Every Step Of The Way from the mid 1980s is the one vocal feature on Hamilton's all instrumental jazz release, "Good Things".
David has loved this song for a long time and gives his own take and update on it in this new version with a new arrangement which features the back and forth musical conversation between piano and vocals.
Featured artist, Marc Martel is known world wide for his vocal artistry singing the music of Queen as the voice of Freddie Mercury and for his solo work across multiple genres. This song is a showcase of Martel's superb vocal gifts and Hamilton's emotional playing.
