MAC report delivered to UK Immigration office in October 2021 makes ground breaking recommendations on Tier 2 ICT visa which is just known as Intra Company Transfer Visa now a days.

The recommendations states that Tier 2 ICT visa route must lead to settlement in the UK just like the Skilled worker visa route (or Tier 2 General visa route).
