BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WPMI) State Troopers say a 16-year-old did not have a driver's license when he crashed his car, killing one of the passengers.
The report also said Dakota McClenny was driving too fast around the curve on Buzbee Road.
Dakota McClenny and his brother, Daytona, were badly injured in the accident.
Keri Gray, 15, was killed. Troopers say she was not wearing a seat belt.
