Ms. Susanne Wigard (ISA² Programme Managers, DIGIT, European Commission) and Mr. Fidel Santiago (ISA² Programme Managers, DIGIT, European Commission) on: The Semantic Interoperability Community (SEMIC) action of the ISA2 programme organised a webinar on “Artificial Intelligence and Public Administrations" on the 9th of April 2019.
The webinar, attracting more than 230 participants, explored the potential of artificial intelligence for public services, with a particular focus on a “semantics” perspective. Experts from public administrations in Finland, Japan and Slovenia, working on AI topics, shared different policy approaches to AI, insights and use cases.
The Q&A discussion was moderated by Susanne Wigard, ISA² Programme Manager responsible for the SEMIC action. Webinar participants had the opportunity to ask their questions to the AI experts from Japan, Finland and Slovenia.
Fidel Santiago, ISA² Programme Manager in charge of the SEMIC action, closed the webinar with a summary of highlights.
