HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Base layer:
• 2 Weet-Bix
• 1/3 cup of milk
• 15g Naked Harvest Chocolate Swirl THRIVE Plant Protein
• Layer of sliced banana
Yoghurt layer:
• 160g yoghurt of choice
• 1 tsp cacao powder
Hazelnut ganache:
• 15g melted dark chocolate
• 20g yoghurt
• 20g milk
• 10g roasted hazelnuts (crushed)
HERE'S HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Mix each layer ingredients & place on top of each other.
2. Sprinkle some more hazelnuts on top.
3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour, or overnight. Tip: if you’re impatient, 15 minutes still works like a charm!
