Jiban Bima Bhaban- is a tall high-rise located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is located in Motijheel, the central business district of the metropolis. It rises up to a height of 84.62 m (278 ft) and comprises a total of 21 floors. Jiban Bima Bhaban is the second tallest high-rises in Dhaka City. Currently the Head office of Jiban Bima Corporation Bangladesh is in this building along with several banks and other offices.

City Centre- is the tallest building ever built in Bangladesh. It is at the heart of Motijheel, in the commercial centre of Dhaka and is in close proximity to the city's kilometre zero. Completed, this office complex is expected to serve as a "city within a city" and will offer several features, more than any other build.

Iconic Tower- is a proposed 734-metre, 142 story mega-tall skyscraper planned in Purbachal New Town, Bangladesh, at a preliminary cost of US$1.27 billion.The project will be the centerpiece of development of Central Business District, also known as Icon City, which will also include several high-rise commercial towers surrounding the tower. If completed as planned, the Iconic Tower will become the third tallest building in the world. The purpose of the project is to establish Dhaka as the hub of commerce in South Asia.
