Welcome to another London walk, in this video we will be walking on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and the Olympic stadium was made for the Olympic 2012, that is when the Olympic games happened in London. They also made a park around the Olympic stadium and we will be doing a walking tour on the park. I will walking around the stadium as well.
The stadium is not called the Olympic stadium anymore because the football club called the West Ham United F.C has made the Olympic stadium their home stadium and it is not called the West Ham United. West Ham United took over the stadium back in 2014, there was many football club that wanted to get the Olympic stadium as their home stadium but West Ham United was able to win the bid on the stadium at the end.
The weather was very nice this day and I do go for walks all the time there as well. You have many activates to do there. It has parks for kids and adults. There is a outdoor gym where you can do your workout for free. They also have a claiming area, it is not to big just a normal one, so anyone can use it.
London city has many parks and this is one of the best one to see, so add this to your city tour / city walk list. Also in this London walking tour we will see a part of London city that you normally do not see in the TVs. You will see lots of tourist walking here as well because this is one of the best London tourist walk places.
