Long Cycle set was quite an easy workout because I wasn’t using my max pace for this weight (10-11pm). Pace 9reps per minute feels comfortable.
Cleans are fun: two sets of 2min is not much, but a good practice of hands insertion and general confidence in this movement.
100reps is Maximum but it’s quite a light barbell 95lb(43kg), next step is to do the same with 115lb(52kg),
100reps was a final target for Push ups, done with it for now ✅
Next upper body exercise I’ll be working on is Dips.
