Today, I'm making an iconic Italian dessert with Zia - Savoiardi Biscuits!

Ingredients:
- Eggs (3)
- Oil (1/2 Cup)
- Sugar (1 cup)
- Flour (3 cups)
- Icing Sugar
- Vanilla Sugar
- Salt
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees
- Crack eggs into large mixing bowl
- Add a pinch of salt
- Combine egg and salt with mixer
- Add sugar while mixing
- Continue mixing until eggs are fluffy (slowly increasing speed)
- Add the oil while mixing
- Add 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
- Gradually add 1 cup of flour at a time while mixing
- Add the rest of the flour and mix by hand
- Add icing sugar to bench top
- Roll small piece of dough in icing sugar, adding more flour if dough is too sticky
- Once a nice consistency, roll dough pieces in icing sugar into sausage shape (or into one long sausage shape, cutting into smaller sections)
- Bake one tray at a time for 7 minutes
- Let cool at room temperature
