This essence 22 darknest contained over 6.1M troops, cavalry and infantry with slightly more infantry than cavalry, but in cavalry phalanx. I rallyed it with cavalry the first time and since I didn't have that many troops, I went for a phalanx check, but if infantry was in front, I could've won it. But since it was in cavalry phalanx, I set a ranged rally in cavalry wedge and you can see that it works that way. Especially since counter boost was released, that way of rallying became easier.
