Education Cabinet secretary, Dr. Fred Matiang'i, says 19 national schools from Nairobi are set to begin offering day classes. Other than that, the government will start distributing text books to secondary school students starting next year, to cut off cartels that have been stealing from parents.
The CS announced the changes during the launch of the placement of form one students at the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development. NTV's Sharon Barang'a reports.
