This is my Scenic Ridge N scale layout missing only trees, a couple of structure kits, and a trestle bridge in the back. Contrary to the Woodland Scenics layout kit, I have omitted the out-of-place city scene in favor of a more rural environment. As many have, I added a third track in the front which I eventually hope to connect to staging behind the layout. I also added a passing track inside the inner loop on the right side, as well as three industry spurs for a junkyard, loading dock and coal loader. Here I am running two trains with DCC, though I still struggle with keeping the speed stable enough for both trains to run them longer than a few minutes.
