Joan Hornig founded Pavé the Way® Jewelry after successful careers in academia, finance, and as a fine jewelry designer housed in Bergdorf Goodman for 17 years. Joan created a unique social enterprise model where 100% of profit is directed by her customers to charities of their choice. So far over 1000 non-profit organizations addressing education, medical research, social services, the arts, and animal and human rights issues have been supported through Joan’s model.
