The 78th Goodwood Members' Meeting may have swapped out Spring for Autumn, but that didn't dampen any of the crisp competition we always see on track. There was incredible racing galore, from Jake Hill truly announcing himself to historic motorsport in an epic Gerry Marshall Trophy, to a stunning battle from '60s sportscars in the Ronnie Hoare Trophy – featuring the best MGB battle you've ever seen – the racing action was awesome.
But that wasn't all. The Gordon Murray Automotive T.50 made its world debut, screaming its high-revving Cosworth V12-powered way around the Goodwood Motor Circuit in the hands of some bloke called Dario Franchitti. Then Ayrton Senna's nephew, ex-F1 racer Bruno, jumped into his uncle's last championship winning car for some hot laps of Goodwood that could have brought a tear to the most stoney-hearted of eyes.
We saw the might Jaguar XJR-15 return to the track in a brilliant demonstration and our first ever public rally sprint full of legends of the WRC.
These are the best moments of a bonkers weekend.
