Kochi: The High Court rejected the plea of actor Dileep, the alleged accused in the actress attack case, seeking a copy of the memory card containing the visuals of the attack. The court pointed out that the visuals cannot be given to Dileep. Prosecution argued that the action will intrude into the privacy of the actress. The court accepted the prosecution’s request. The magistrate court and sessions court had rejected Dileep’s plea earlier. The actor approached the High Court afterwards. Dileep’s advocate said that the accused has right over the documents in the case. But, the court clarified that the demand cannot be accepted considering the nature of the case.
