In 2021 Libraries Without Borders US (LWB US) transformed the storm shelter in the Park Plaza Cooperative into a 21st-century library. Working closely with ROC USA, the Anoka County Library, Northcountry Cooperative Foundation, and residents, we beautified the space, delivered books, and connected dozens of community members to the internet. 👉 Watch to hear--and see--why information access and digital equity matter.
