In the second episode of our Pansit Series, we’re going to cook a dish hailing from the province of Cebu, called Bam-I, or Pansit Bisaya. This popular Filipino dish is known for using two different kinds of noodles, and with Good Life Premium Vermicelli and Good Life Egg Noodles, we’ll achieve that rich flavor and texture!

Ingredients:
500g - Pork belly
500g - Chicken breast
1 pc - Chicken bouillon
Water
Salt
Oil for sauteing
¼ cup - Minced onions
4 cloves - Minced garlic
3 tbsp - Dried small shrimp, dehydrated
4-5 pcs - Dried squid, dehydrated
1 pc - Chorizo Macau, julienned
(Shredded chicken & sliced pork)
(Chicken & pork stock)
FIsh sauce to taste
500g - Good LIfe Egg Noodles
1 cup - Carrots, julienned
500g - Good Life Vermicelli, soaked
2 tbsp - Oyster sauce
2 cups - Sliced cabbage
1 cup - Wood ear mushroom, dehydrated
4 tbsp - Chopped kintsay
1 tsp - Ground white pepper
2 tbsp - Sesame oil
Garnish:
Fried garlic
Chopped kintsay
Calamansi
