Some Johto Pokemon are Very strong and Overpowered But sometimes there’s more to a pokemon than just being the strongest. The look and design of a pokemon matters a lot too. And what better way to define a pokemon’s looks then to take a look at every single shiny in the johto/gen 2 games and rate them.
