Hector clarified that two major cartels rule all the minor organizations. Previously, El Chapo was assumed to run Sinaloa. However, it was explained that El Chapo, who was merely a significant drug trafficker, was put in the spotlight to cover for El Mayo Zambada. El Chapo's cruel and chilling working methods were discussed, including his brutal dispatch of enemies. Despite his infamy, El Chapo worked under another cartel and his sons continue to do so. Hector emphasized the dangerous naïveté of El Chapo's sons, who revel in their notoriety, leaving them vulnerable to law enforcement detection and capture.
