Today, I'm exposing the TRUTH about peanut butter. From mycotoxins to a high concentration of omega-6 fats, peanuts are NOT a health food! If you're experiencing unexplainable bloating, chronic aches and pain (especially in the joints), migraine headaches or hormonal imbalance (i.e. thyroid conditions, adrenal fatigue, irregular periods), I suggest removing peanuts from your diet.
