Here is what i hope will be, the most helpful, in depth video for hooded eyes, hooded lids, whatever you want to call them! If you have small, hooded or puffy eyes, a cut-crease will be your BFF! No matter how hooded, droopy or puffy or small your eyes are, with practice, you will be able to do a cut-crease. That's the whole point of them!
