COLAZIONE INGLESE COMPLETA:
Ingredienti
A testa:
2 salsicce
2-3 fette di pancetta
2 funghi
1 pomodoro maturo
1 uovo grande
1 fetta di pane
Procedimento:
Mettere a scaldare una padella e una bistecchiera. Mettere le fettine di bacon e le salsicce nella bistecchiera e lasciare arrostire per circa 10 minuti, nella padella calda mettere i fagioli e salarli ( a piacere) e lasciarli per circa 3 minuti. Dopo cotti i fagioli oliate leggermente la padella e adagiate le uova.
Dopo circa 10 minuti il bacon e le salsicce saranno pronte, rimuoverle e mettere in un piatto, e usare la bistecchiera ancora calda per arrostire il pomodoro ( lavato e tagliato a metà)
Una volta cotte le uova, mettere anche i funghi e lasciarli appassire/ grigliare per circa 3 minuti. In ultimo in un tostapane tostare 2 fettine di pancarré.
L'English breakfast è pronto 😍
Per una colazione inglese completa aggiungere una fettina di black pudding

2 sausages
2-3 slices of bacon
2 mushrooms
1 ripe tomato
1 large egg
1 slice of bread
Method
Heat a pan and a grill pan. Put the bacon slices and the sausages in the grill pan and leave to roast for about 10 minutes, in the hot pan put the beans and salt them (to taste) and leave them for about 3 minutes. After cooked the beans lightly oil the pan and lay the eggs.
After about 10 minutes the bacon and sausages will be ready, remove them and put on a plate, and use the still hot grill pan to roast the tomato (washed and cut in half)
Once the eggs are cooked, also put the mushrooms and let them dry / grill for about 3 minutes. Lastly, toast 2 slices of sandwich bread in a toaster.
English breakfast is ready 😍
For a FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST add a slice of black pudding
