Singapore will trial a protein named Solein that could possibly end the world’s food crisis. The golden powdered protein is made of air, microbes and solar energy that could revolutionise the quest for finding alternatives to meat. Termed the world’s most sustainable protein, its process doesn’t require any photosynthetic plants or animals.
