The residents of Stilfontein in the North West have raised crime and policing concerns with Police Minister General Bheki Cele. Cele is visiting the area where 20 alleged illegal miners were arrested yesterday. The minister believes the suspects are high-ranking in the criminal organisations involved in illegal mining operations in the area.
