Groundnut Oil - 1.5 cups
Tamarind Extract - 1 cup
Red chili powder - 3/4th cup
Roasted Fenugreeks powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 cup
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Tempering:
Mustard - 2 tsp
Chana dal - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp, chopped
