Turkish Get-up is a very functional and effective exercise when done properly. Its benefits include: Core stabilization; Hip/core strengthening; Shoulder stabilization. It is a complex exercise that consists of a few transitional movements.
I broke it down into 4 steps to make it easy to master this exercise.
Please start practicing this exercise without any weights, and master step 1 before moving onto step 2. Once you master all steps, then it's time to add a weight. Always remember: QUALITY OVER QUANTITY!
