Hyderabad (Telangana), May 02 (ANI): A Non-Government Organisation (NGO) titled ‘Balala Hakkula Sangham’ (APBHS) rescued a 13-year-old bonded child labourer from the residence of a retired government engineer in Telangana’s Hyderabad. Bheem Reddy, the accused had bought the child at Rs. 20,000 from her parents six months back. The girl was allegedly tortured by the family of the accused. Reddy has been arrested by the state police.
