Welcome back for #soupsaturday as we make #jamaicanredpeasoup ! #Peasoup is an all time favorite of mine second to #beefsoup ! It’s easy to make, this pea soup recipe is easy to follow and it will totally remind you of your mother’s red pea soup recipe! Nothing like a bowl of #comfortfood to get you through the cold days! I used Red Kidney beans, the sweet potato I used can be found in the supermarket and it’s called batata or korean batata. I used irish potato, carrots, scallion, thyme, all spice, and fresh corn!
