Potsdam directly borders Berlin and can easily be reached by S-bahn. The city is known for its parks and palaces of the former Prussian kings. In this short Berlin vlog, I spend some time exploring the city's 'Dutch Quarter' where the 'gezellig' atmosphere is in contrast with the sprawling metropolis that is Berlin.

Potsdam is definitely worth a visit if you are in Berlin. Spend a full day here and explore the palaces of Sanssouci Park (more of that in the next Berlin vlog).

After 18 months of a life on pause, thanks to the sodding corona virus, and endless hours on Google Maps checking out all the places I want to visit, the time has finally arrived to begin my travels in Europe.

Starting in Berlin, I plan to travel east as far as Georgia and taking in pretty much all of the countries in between.
