The last season of Noma 2.0 is all about game meat and the wild forest produce. Chef René Redzepi and his team have come up with another groundbreaking menu that is both innovative and packed with delicious and interesting flavors. Expect exciting new ingredients like squirrel, reindeer heart, tongue and brand, pine cones, duck brain, and a duck breast served with the wing. But also caviar and truffle to make the taste buds go wild.
