A video recording of invited speaker Andrew Cowen at the inaugural IKSAD British Congress on Interdisciplinary Research and Practices. Andrew spoke about his work at Future Care UK to tackle the challenges of the Ageing Society through wearable technologies.

The first IKSAD British Congress on Interdisciplinary Research and Practices took place at the Royal Society of Medicine HQ in London on June 27th. It featured invited expert speakers and panel discussions on the following themes:-
• Lifestyle medicine and Healthy Ageing
• The Power of the Mind and mental Health
• Big Data, AI, Preventative Healthcare, Chronic Health and Rehabilitation
• Global Health Perspectives
The event was live streamed into YouTube and Linkedin platforms.
This recording was produced using the Streamyard platform with video and audio captured from the OWL video conferencing technology and, in the case of remote speakers, their own webcams and audio technology. The videos are unedited and the sound/video quality is as experienced by the livestream audience.
