Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday got emotional while making a farewell speech for retiring Rajya Sabha members. "The person who will replace Ghulam Nabi ji (as Leader of Opposition) will have difficulty matching his work because he was not only concerned about his party but also about the country and the House", said PM Modi during the farewell to retiring members in Rajya Sabha.Ghulam Nabi Azad cried post terror attack, Modi recalled. Calling him a true friend, teary-eyed Modi said, "Power comes and goes. But how to handle it must be learnt from Ghulam Nabi Azad. I consider him a true friend."
