Hello everyone and welcome back to my channel. Today I’m back with Vlogmas day 2!

The banana loaf recipe is below:
BANANA LOAF
100g Demerara sugar
150g caster sugar
2 eggs
4 ripe bananas (mashed)
280g self raising flour
2tsp mixed spice
140g melted butter
2 Tbsp demerara for the top
Preheat the oven 170˚c
Mix sugar and eggs together until well combined.
Add the mashed banana.
Fold in flour and mixed spice. Finally stir in melted butter. Spoon into prepared, lined 2lb loaf tin.
Mix together the mixed spice and a little bit of Demerara sugar. Sprinkle onto the top of the cake mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven for an 50-60 mins, if it darkens too quickly cover with foil.
