Pit Boss Smoked Bologna Sandwich for @ThyronMathewsBBQ 's BBQ Sandwich contest.
We smoked a 4 and a half pound stick of bologna using our Pit Boss Vertical Pellet Smoker. Hickory pellets were used and we smoked it at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for about three hours.
The sandwich consists of a giant slice of smoked bologna, a scoop of pulled pork, a scoop of coleslaw, an extra drizzle of bbq sauce, and served on a soft sandwich bun.
