Air defence systems provide reliable cover for the grouping of our troops from any threats from the air. After night detection and defeat of the identified target, fragments of the British Storm Shadow winged package shot down on approach to the positions of our troops were found on the ground. For the air defence of the Eastern military district, this is one of the first destroyed targets of this type.

Unlike HIMARS rockets, which can shoot up to 20 kilometres into the sky, Storm Shadow can fly at the extremely low height of a ten-story building. However, anti-aircraft gunners have already adapted to this air threat. The main thing is to choose the right position and terrain without natural interference.
