DIY Rakhi/Pooja Thali 🪔❤️
Raksha Bandhan is just around the corner, and what better way to celebrate than with a handmade Thali? Here’s how I created mine:
1. Base: I started with an MDF board and wrapped it in a vibrant, festive-colored fabric.
2. Decorations: I adorned the edges with Ghota Patti flowers and pom-poms to add that traditional festive touch.
3. Centerpiece: A beautiful lotus centerpiece was added for an extra special touch.
4. Tikka Stick: For a mess-free tikka application, I used a cotton swab wrapped in Ghota lace, embellished with patches and other decorative elements.
5. Sweet Holder: I crafted a sweet holder from a betel leaf, cut into a square, folded the edges inward, and secured it with a toothpick to hold my favorite sweets.
